North Jakarta Administration keeps managing the city by controlling illegal buildings. One of the locations is Kresek riverbank, Lagoa Urban Village, Koja. The location will be re-functioned as green belt.

Indria Hilmi, Head of Lagoa Urban Village, said her side plans to control the buildings at RW 02, RW 04, and RW 07. Socialization had been done to the building’s owner to demolish their building lately Sunday (11/15).

"Mostly the buildings are used as residential, car and motorcycle garage, small store, and so on. Total is 50 buildings," she said, Thursday (11/12).
North Jakarta Sub-dept. of City Parks and Cemeteries will construct a green belt on the location right after the control is done.
"Now the owners start to demolish their building. We'll keep monitor them," she disclosed.
